GENERAL

  • DnB Allstars Festival will be taking place on Sunday 15th September 2024.

  • DnB Allstars Festival will take place at Gunnersbury Park, Popes Lane, London W3 8LQ

  • DnB Allstars Festival is an 18+ event and we operate a Challenge 25 policy, and you will need photo id to prove your age to guarantee entry. ID will also be required to purchase alcohol once inside the festival. Acceptable forms of ID are listed below in our ticket terms and conditions.

  • You can find the most up to date line-up on the lineup page. Set times for the day will be released closer to the event. Keep up to date by following our social media pages; Facebook, Instagram. Links are at the bottom of the page.

  • Doors to the festival open at 11am. Music begins from 12pm and last entry at 4.30pm.

    We advise to arrive as early as possible to avoid congested queues.

    The event finishes at 10pm

  • The festival operates a no re-entry policy.

  • Last entry time for the main festival site is 4.30pm.

  • We operate a cashless system across all the bars at DnB Allstars Festival. Some traders may still accept cash payments, but please ensure you are able to pay on card or Apple / Google Pay before entering the site.

  • We will be running a cloakroom, this can be found at the info tent. The cost per item is £5.

TICKETS

  • General admission tickets include access to the main festival area.

    Note: drinks and private tables are not included in the ticket price. Subject to license, bill subject to change.

  • There is no difference in access between the general entry ticket tiers. 1st release will give you the same experience as 2nd release, and so on. The only difference is the price and order in which they will come on sale.

    As more ticket tiers are released, they go up in price, therefore the sooner you buy your ticket, the more you will save!

  • Our official ticket seller are Skiddle. Please do not buy tickets from any other platform or third-party sellers, as we cannot guarantee their authenticity.

  • Please contact the ticket agent you purchased from directly and they will be able to assist you.

  • At this stage you should only have your booking confirmation. Tickets will be sent out as e-tickets, and not delivered by post, approximately 1-2 weeks prior to the festival.

  • Please contact your ticket provider directly to make changes to your booking.

  • Please bring your ticket, the card you purchased the ticket with and valid photo identification.

  • Photographic forms of identification such as a passport or driving licence are acceptable.

  • Please bring your new card, an official form of identification and a letter or bill that matches your account’s address.

  • All tickets are non-transferable, and we are unable to offer any refunds for tickets no longer needed.

  • If you’re no longer able to attend the event and have purchased your ticket(s) through our official ticket partner Skiddle, you can request the resale of your ticket(s) via simply heading to www.skiddle.com/orders and click 'Request ticket resale'.

    Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds for our tickets.

    If you would like to sell a ticket that you purchased through a 3rd party, we advise to use TicketSwap.

ACCESSIBLE TICKETS

  • As a festival, each year we are continuing to assess our accessible facilities and are constantly striving to make the site and overall experience better for our deaf and disabled customers.

    The following information provides details about the bookable accessible provisions at the festival. If you have any questions that are not answered below please contact accessibility@teamlove.org.

    If you would you like to register to use of any of following accessible facilities:

    • Personal assistant / companion ticket

    • Accessible parking

    • Accessible toilets

    • Lowered bar areas

    For a free Personal assistant ticket, you will need to purchase a ticket in the usual way, (https://www.skiddle.com) and then please email custcare@skiddle.com who can process your application.

    You will also need to attach some supporting evidence along with your application. Once you have submitted your email request Skiddle will get back to you within two weeks to let you know if it has been approved.

    Please note that submission of the form alone does not automatically guarantee eligibility for use of the accessible facilities. If you have any queries about eligibility, please contact us prior to purchasing your ticket at accessibility@teamlove.org .

    Our accessible facilities will only be available to ticket holders who have pre-registered their requirements. This is to ensure that we have time to put appropriate provisions in place on site. Please complete the form no later than 10th of september. Information packs will be sent out to anyone who has successfully registered during the week before the event.

    Accessibility applications for free PA tickets and parking closes Wednesday 13th September at 5pm. IF you have accessible needs at the event, head to the welfare areas.

TRAVEL

  • There is no general public parking on the site. There will be road closures and parking exclusions in the surrounding area, so please come to the festival on foot, by bike or public transport.

    There is an allocated drop off / pick up point a few minutes walk from the festival site for taxis / ubers. Please ensure your taxi driver uses the official drop off / pick up point next to the gunnersbury park sports hub and do not get dropped off in the surrounding residential streets

    We have a limited amount of bike parking. If you would like to use it, please make sure you bring a lock. All bikes are left at owner’s risk.

  • The nearest tube stations are Ealing Broadway and Kew Bridge. Find out more at www.tfl.gov.uk

SECURITY & WELFARE

  • There is a zero tolerance to drugs at our event. Offenders will be handed over to the police and drug dealers will be prosecuted. Those caught in possession of personal drugs will be evicted from site whatever the circumstances. There will be drug searches at the front entrance as well as sniffer dog patrolling the queues. This includes nitrous oxide / laughing gas.

  • The following items are prohibited anywhere on site:

    • No soft drinks or food allowed.

    • No camping equipment or camping on site.

    • No bag bigger than A4.

    • No chairs.

    • 2-way radios.

    • Aerosols.

    • Airhorns and megaphones.

    • Home-purchased alcohol & glass bottles.

    • Animals, except authorised assistance dogs.

    • Any item which may cause offense, danger, or disruption to another person.

    • Barbecues or camping stoves.

    • Bikes.

    • Campfires or fire-pits.

    • Drones.

    • Fireworks, flares, candles, or pyrotechnics, inc. Chinese paper lanterns.

    • Gas bottles.

    • Gazebos.

    • Generators.

    • Glass of any kind.

    • Goods for unauthorised trading.

    • Illegal substances.

    • Legal highs & new psychoactive substances.

    • Nitrous oxide and any associated equipment (balloons, CO2 dispensers etc).

    • Portable laser equipment and pens.

    • Professional cameras, film, or video equipment.

    • Sound systems.

    • Unofficial high visibility tabards or jackets.

    • Weapons of any kind or any items that could reasonably be considered for use as a weapon.

  • The medical team are always present on site and will be clearly visible. If you need to bring any medication to the festival, please ensure you bring it in the proper container, with the valid prescription and present it to security at entry.

    The Welfare team are available 24 hours a day to support all attendees. They offer a supportive and non-judgemental environment for anyone facing challenging or distressing experiences in a safe and calm space.

  • The health and safety of all our staff and attendees is of the upmost importance and all current guidelines and regulations will be adhered to. If you are attending the festival, please follow and adhere to all current guidelines available at https://coronavirus.data.gov.uk/

    We may update our entry requirements relating to Covid-19 at any time prior to the festival and will alert all attendees of any changes.

  • We take the security of attendees seriously. Working with our security partner we aim to provide a safe and welcoming environment.

    To facilitate this please always comply with the security team and follow the guidance below;

    • Bring as few valuables onto site as possible and bring a suitable small bag to always keep them on you.

    • Download the Find My iPhone (or Android equivalent) app.

    • If you see or hear of any crime, unreasonable or suspicious behaviour please report it one of our stewarding or security staff who will be always clearly identifiable.

    To facilitate the safety & security of the event, the event organisers reserve the right to refuse admission and evict attendees at any time. For details of our eviction policy please see our terms and conditions in the website footer.

  • Some performances will use strobe lighting, lasers, and smoke machines as part of their performance.
